Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Keebler graham crackers
    1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. brown Sugar Twin
    1 tsp. baking soda
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. applesauce (no sugar added)
    4 Tbsp. nuts
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 dash salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 large carrots, pared and shredded
    1/2 tsp. cloves, crushed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in a 9-inch cake pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
    Let cool and spread on Cream Cheese Frosting.
