Baked Challah Bread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices Challah bread (Jewish egg bread)
3 c. grated sharp cheese
8 oz. mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Spray foil lasagna pan with Pam.
Lay bread on the bottom. Spread cheese and mushrooms on bread.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour in pan.
Let pan sit for a few hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
