Play Dough(Not To Be Eaten!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
food coloring (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large, heavy skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture becomes stiff and cleans pan like pie dough.
Remove from heat; beat and cool.
Knead like bread until pliable.
Store in airtight bag or container.
If dough gets sticky with time or use, work in flour until stickiness disappears.
