Bacon And Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. (about 2/3 c.) bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Fold in cheese and bacon.
    Divide batter amount muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
