Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes (baked)
    2/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 c. cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 to 6 green onions, chopped
    5 oz. shredded cheese
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. chicken base
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch cubes with skin on.
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Slowly add flour; stir until smooth.
    Add milk.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until thick.
    Add potatoes, salt, pepper, onions and bacon.
    (Reserve 1/4 cup bacon to garnish.) Add cheese and chicken base.
    Cook until heated and stir in sour cream.
    Top with bacon.
    Add extra milk, if needed.
