Fried Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) domestic rabbit
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. top milk
Preparation
    Marinate rabbit in milk for 30 minutes.
    Fry slowly in butter until tender and brown.
    Season to taste.
    Make gravy by adding flour to fat in skillet, blending well.
    Then pour in the top milk.
    Serve hot.
