Pizza Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning (or chili powder and oregano)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can ripe pitted olives, drained and sliced
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cook sausage with onion and green pepper until brown.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, olives and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
    Heat to boiling, stirring frequently for 1 minute.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs together and pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
