Peach Frosty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peach ice cream
    1/2 c. light rum (optional)
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced if available
    cracked ice
Preparation
    Combine ice cream, rum, sugar and peaches in container of blender; process until smooth.
    Add ice to within 1 inch of container top; blend well.
    Yield: 5 cups.
