Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker or chocolate crusts
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 (8 oz.) tubs nonfat cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) tub nonfat sour cream
    4 eggs
    3 (1 oz.) sq. sweet baking chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, vanilla and cream cheese.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into bowl; add chocolate and stir.
    Dip spoon back and forth putting into pie shells.
    Swirl vanilla and chocolate portions together with knife. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool one hour.
    Chill 2 hours.
