Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 stalks diced celery
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can mushrooms
    1 whole zucchini, diced coarsely (about 12 inches long)
    12 to 14 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Layer celery, onion, mushrooms, zucchini and crackers, spreading soup among layers.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Finish with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
