Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil spread
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 15 x 10-inch pan with foil.
    Spray foil with vegetable cooking spray.
    In a large bowl, beat until smooth the corn oil spread, sugar, egg substitute and vanilla.
    Add and beat until blended the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
    Brownies are done when edges begin to pull away from sides.
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
    Lift foil pan and cut into 28 pieces.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
