Tex-Mex Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with peppers (Mexican)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. quick rice (Minute rice)
    4 slices cheese, sliced diagonally
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion until brown, not hard; drain grease, if any.
    Add tomato sauce, chili powder and water; bring to a boil and add uncooked rice to mixture.
    Return to boil and simmer a few minutes, 2 or 3.
    Add corn and stir and heat.
    Remove from heat and top with cheese.
    Cover and let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
