Crustless Quiche(Ham Or Crab) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 eggs
    1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
    1/2 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 c. fresh onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 c. shredded Jack cheese
    6 oz. imitation crab meat, thawed and well drained or 6 oz. cut up ham
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms; drain on paper towels.
    In blender, put eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and hot sauce.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Pour into a large bowl and add crab meat or ham.
    Pour into a 10-inch quiche pan or pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or less, until firm when shaken.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 8 servings.
