Skillet Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. fresh tomatoes
1 qt. shredded cabbage
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet.
Add other ingredients. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; do not overcook. Yields 8 servings.
