Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 small chopped onions
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, plus 1 c. cold water
    1 c. cold water
    1 large can Chinese vegetables
    1 drained can water chestnuts
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, celery and onions.
    Add remaining ingredients to hamburger; mix well.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add boiling water.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, uncovered.
