Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided in half
    1 (2 oz.) pimento, drained
    small green pepper, chopped
    bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until heated.
    Put 1/2 cup cheese on top and melt.
    Serve.
