Carrot-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated raw carrot
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. pineapple, diced
    1 c. chopped pecans
    mayonnaise to taste
Preparation
    Blend together the carrots, celery, pineapple and the pecans. Mix together with a small amount of mayonnaise and serve.
    Serves about 8 to 10 people.
