Eiere-Koek(Egg Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 dashes salt
1 tsp. water
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Whip the egg whites until peaks form.
To the egg yolks, add sugar, flour, salt and water.
Mix well.
Fold into whites.
In heavy skillet, melt the margarine.
Turn to medium heat or slightly lower.
Add egg mixture.
Cover.
Check in 3 minutes.
When sides are browned and pull away from pan, it's ready.
Center will be softer.
