Italian Pork Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3 pork blade steaks (1/2-inch thick), cut in halves
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation

Arrange pork in microwave-proof dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches, with meaty edges to outside.
Place sausage on pork.
Cover tightly and microwave on Medium (50%) for 15 minutes. rotating dish 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.
Drain.
