Wesson Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Wesson or Crisco shortening
5 Tbsp. cold water or more if needed
Preparation

Combine flour and salt in bowl.
Cut in Wesson or Crisco, using your hands or pastry blender, until all flour is blended in, forming pea size chunks.
Sprinkle with water, one tablespoon at a time.
Toss lightly with fork until dough will form a ball. Divide dough into two parts.
Press between hands to form two 5 to 6-inch \"pancakes.\"
