Boiled Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. water
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat sugar, cream of tartar, salt and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil without stirring to 260\u00b0 on candy thermometer (hard boil stage).
    Remove from heat.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Pour syrup in thin stream into whites, beating constantly. Add vanilla.
