Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pan, saute cabbage and onion in margarine 10 minutes or until brown.
    Add water, cover and cook over high heat 2 minutes until water evaporates.
    Add noodles, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 8 servings.
    Good hot or cold.
