Low-Fat Meat 'N Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Coat a heavy pan with no stick Pam spray.
    Brown meat and onion, stirring often; if desired, drain fat.
    Add salt, pepper and flour; stir until flour is absorbed.
    Add milk and water. Cook until liquid thickens.
    If a thinner gravy is desired, add more milk or water.
