Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken gizzards
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 sprigs parsley
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. long grain rice
Preparation
    Boil gizzards and livers until tender.
    Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in 4 tablespoons oil until light brown, then mix sauteed ingredients.
    Cook rice in small amount water for 30 minutes.
    Pour rice into the other ingredients.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and place over heat for 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
