Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Sift and add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into balls the size of a walnut.
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake until lightly browned, but still soft at 375\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
