The Charleston - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    torn greens (spinach, mustard or dandelion)
    4 boned chicken breast halves, fried or broiled
Preparation
    To make
    corn
    relish,\tcombine corn, raisins, vinegar, onion, bell pepper, sugar, mustard seed, dry mustard, salt and pepper flakes.
    Bring
    to\tboil.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
