2 Gallon Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    5 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (8 oz.) can Carnation milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 gal. 2% milk and more (if needed)
    fruit (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar.
    Beat until well mixed. Add cans of milk and vanilla flavoring.
    Add fruit, if desired.
    I use 5 ripe bananas or as much blended fruit as wanted.
    You may need more sugar, if fruit is used.
