Micro Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.)
    garlic salt to taste
    low-sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in microwaveable dish.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and soy sauce.
    Add bell pepper, onion and tomatoes. Cook until chicken is thoroughly done, about 5 to 7 minutes on High.
    Serve with cooked white rice.
    Serves 4.
