Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 ears corn
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix each group and layer ingredients in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
