Baked Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole Vidalia onions, peeled
    butter or margarine
    crushed bouillon
Preparation
    Scoop out holes approximately an inch deep of each onion. Discard pulp.
    Put a pat of butter in scooped out sections, then put 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed bouillon in each hole.
    Top with another dot of butter.
    Put onions in shallow baking dish filled with a slight amount of water.
    Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until onions are done.
    Delicious!
