Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/8 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or homemade sauce
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Beat egg and combine with milk.
Dip chicken in flour, then into beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Quickly saute slices in margarine.
Remove chicken breasts and place on oven broiler.
Top each piece with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.
Broil until cheese begins to bubble.
Pour heated sauce on each serving.
