Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients with butter, shortening and egg, adding ice water gradually.
Roll out on floured table.
Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
