Super Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, diced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    hot cooked wide noodles
Preparation
    Cook and stir stew beef, hamburger and garlic in margarine in 10-inch skillet until meat is light brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
