Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. dairy sour cream or unflavored yogurt
    12 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cook and stir beef, onions and garlic in a Dutch oven until meat is brown.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Gradually stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Do not boil.
    Spoon meat mixture over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
