Peanut Butter Fondant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla (or more)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    milk (to consistency)
Preparation
    Roll out between waxed paper; spread peanut butter over dough. Roll up like jelly roll and chill.
    After chilled, cut in 1/4-inch slices and lay out on waxed paper to dry.
    Store in airtight container.
