Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Velveeta, cut into cubes
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Delicious!
