Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. marshmallows
2 c. unsalted peanuts

Preparation

Use microwave-safe glass bowl in to melt together chocolate chips and condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla.
Immediately pour mixture over marshmallows and nuts. Mix together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been coated with spray or lined with wax paper.
