Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 oz. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix as you would any other cake.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with coconut.
    Pour batter over coconut. Bake one hour and fifteen minutes at 325\u00b0.
