Grandma'S Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lbs. vine ripened red tomatoes, peeled
    3 bell peppers
    3 small cloves garlic
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. Spanish olive oil
    salt, to taste
    8 inches of a French baguette loaf
Preparation
    Soak bread in water and ring out quickly. Combine all other ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Strain. Serve very cold with French bread.
