Petite Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Beat together cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Line small muffin pans.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
Fill cups 2/3 full of cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 until set, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling.
Yields 24.
