Florentine Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
3 bacon slices, cooked crisply and crumbled
2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Thaw and drain spinach.
Mix together spinach, cheese, crumbs and bacon.
Heat until cheese melts. Unroll dough.
Separate into 16 triangles.
Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
Spread each with spinach mixture; roll, starting at large side.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
