Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    1 large can cherry pie filling mix (same size as pineapple)
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. chopped nuts or coconut
Preparation
    Dump cake mix over pineapple and cherry mixture (do not stir). Slice the butter over the mixture.
    Place chopped nuts or coconut on top of butter.
    Use a long Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test occasionally or watch closely.
    Serves 6 to 8.
