Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 - 6 lb. plain brisket
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place brisket in a big piece of heavy foil.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
    Mix the other ingredients and pour over brisket. Seal in foil.
    Put in covered roaster.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours without looking at it.
    Take out and slice.
