Taco Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) box dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
    jalapeno slices (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine beef, taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons cold water.
    Press about 2 teaspoons mixture in bottom and sides of 36 muffin cup pans to make shells.
