Cheesy Cream Of Broccoli Microwave Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. minced onion
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, celery and onion in 2 1/2-quart glass dish. Microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Process cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
    Add milk and soup gradually, processing until smooth.
    Stir into broccoli mixture.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until heated to serving temperature; do not boil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Yields 6 servings, 7 g fat.
