Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon, drained
2 c. soft bread crumbs or crackers
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk (more if needed)
1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation

Flake salmon, discarding bones.
In bowl, combine salmon, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Combine milk and egg. Add to salmon mixture and mix well.
Shape into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
