Evelyn Harlow'S Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet; cook and stir over medium heat until brown.
    Drain well.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls, firming, pressing perforations to seal.
    Sprinkle with sausage, then cheese.
    Combine and beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage and cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve immediately.
    Good served with fruit salad and blueberry muffins.
