Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water, about 30 minutes or tender.
    Chill.
    Peel and grate potatoes.
    Combine cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons butter in microwave until butter and cheese melt. Remove and stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Fold cheese mixture into potatoes.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
