Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 large graham crackers
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. nuts (pecans)
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat in sugar.
Crush crackers and mix with baking powder and nuts. Fold this mixture into egg whites.
Add almond extract last.
Pour into greased and floured tin. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
