Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
    7 qt. popped corn (no oil, no salt)
Preparation
    Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, pecans and butter to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn; mix well.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
